Welcome to Plas Isaf Residential Care Home situated in Rhos on Sea. Small is beautiful in this charming seaside town located between big brothers Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. If only all seaside towns could be like this – neat, pristine and peaceful. The long seafront walkway from Colwyn Bay takes in Rhos-on-Sea’s breakwater, where a little harbour has an atmosphere reminiscent of a West Wales coastal village.

Residents have access to a large lounge, separate dining room, cinema room and a summer room. To the rear of the care home is there is a purpose - built communal area with seating and safety flooring throughout. The home benefits from a large landscaped garden to the front aspect with garden seating and ample carparking adjacent.
